We can scale marketplaces, but believe a strong brand is built around a close relationship with the end customer. We prefer companies that can demonstrate this relationship through an established DTC channel.
Proven Customer Demand
A clear signal of positive customer response is critical to a forward foundation for growth. We look for companies that have achieved this signal via strong prior sales, high conversion rate, and positive market feedback.
Product Driven
We love working with companies that have evolved around a strong, differentiated product. We prefer brands with unique portfolio, aesthetic, or value proposition to the customer to anchor future strategy.
Defensible Competitive Position
Our ideal brand has built some competitive resistance in product portfolio, customer relationship, scale advantage, or marketplace sophistication to enable a growth plan centered around offense, not defense.
